Kit Hire Available from May 2023
Kayaking is a great way to get on the water and explore the bay. Our kayaks are stable and easy to get in and out of, perfect activity for beginners who are keen try a new water activity! Supervised from land by a trained instructor with a rescue craft available. Under 15s need to be accompanied by an adult on the water.
Minimum age 4.
€12 per kayak for 1 hour.
All Kit Hire equipment is half price for the second hour
Buoyancy aids and Lifejackets are included in rental price.
Wetsuits are €5 and are not included in the price. They can be added at checkout.

- Old shoes/Water shoes to wear on the water.
We provide wetsuits (€5 pp) and buoyancy aids (included in kit hire) however participants may wear their own.
Will there be an instructor with me on the water?
No. There will be an instructor on land who will outline the rental area and give a quick kayak demo if required. If you are looking for an instrutctor led trip, book in for a Kayak Taster Session here.
Do I need to have previous kayaking experience?
Experience is not required for these kayaks however confidence on the water is advised.
Do I need to be able to swim?
Swimming is not required to hire out kayaks. We provide lifejackets to those who aren't confident swimmers and buoyancy aids for those who are.
